Van Candy – a German Wheat w/ Blue Raspberry ABV 5.1%
This tap addition is a German Wheat. Brewed w/ pomegranate + rhubarb, Van Candy is slightly fruity & on the dryer side. For a little funk, we added a Berliner yeast blend. Our secret ingredient isn’t too secret… it’s blue raspberry! Don’t worry, it’s not too sweet.
